Top Notch Seed was looking to consolidate its operations into a central headquarters near their primary seeding operation. Partnering to build with DCI, the new facility is located adjacent to their existing seed facility.
The new facility combines wood frame construction for the office area and a pre-engineered steel building for the warehouse. The administration office contains a lobby, offices, conference room, employee lounge, and open work areas. The warehouse building is used for product and equipment storage.
