DCI partnered with El Centro Dermatology to remodel a vacant building and rebrand it to become the new home for the treatment center. The existing building had an aging front entry and needed some major renovation. DCI could see the possibilities of a remodel that could meet all our client’s needs. The front building portion was demolished and rebuilt to provide an attractive facade that would house the entry, reception desk and waiting areas.
The metal building portion of the existing structure was completely re-skinned with new insulated metal panels with text-coat finish and trimmed to look brand new. The inside was remodeled to provide 14 treatment rooms.
