The facility is large enough to house the branch office, two tenant spaces and a spacious training center for 100 persons. The training center has a large kitchen, dedicated restrooms and outdoor barbecue grill and seating area for company events. The building’s exterior design combines several construction methods and materials to create a unique approach to a profession office building. The sloped roof design creates a tall-vaulted ceiling in the main lobby to offer an open concept style.
